Are you planning a Celebration of Life event for a loved one? We would be honored to host your family and friends in honor of a life well lived.

In this time of mourning, there aren’t many words we can say to aid in the healing process. So we work as carefully to provide a space for you and your loved ones to share time and mourn together.

 

Our memorial package provides tables and chairs for up to 50 guests.  We set the tables with your choice of black or white table covers and a simple memorial themed centerpiece.  Included in the set-up is a large printed photo (you must provide ) of your loved one and a photo prop area in which guests can take pictures.  Most often, our photo prop area is set up with White and Gold decor, such as Angel Wings, a backdrop, and a memorial floral OR balloon display.  Once you arrive, if you’d like to decorate with additional arrangements, pictures of your loved one, or other memorial decorations, you may. 

If you need a nearby florist, Stephensons Flowers is directly behind our building, and Royer Flowers is located within 3 minutes of our Venue. They can also help build you the perfect fresh floral centerpiece.  

You are permitted to provide your own food or have it catered; the food will be set up within The Event Suite.  

ALL inclusive complete setup, includes 4 hours to celebrate the life of your loved one.  The Memorial package includes a small Bible-shaped cake with an edible picture of the celebrant (Chocolate, Vanilla, or Red Velvet Cake ), 24 mini cupcakes (Chocolate or Vanilla), and assorted cookies. Please understand ALL desserts & treats MUST be purchased from our bakery.  ABSOLUTELY no outside desserts permitted OR incidental/security deposit will NOT be returned.

   

We set up your event and cleanup afterward so that you don't have to. The facility tables, chairs, and floor MUST be cleared of food and debris prior to leaving, or an excessive cleaning fee will be charged.  

  • Our parking lot has 20 Parking spots as well as on-street parking 

  • We provide the tables, chairs, and complimentary black or white linens for the tables

  • Plates, Cups, napkins, and eating utensils provided. 

  • There are audio and visual equipment options available

  • Blue Tooth Speaker with Microphone (if needed)

  • Maximum 50 guests

  • We do NOT offer a kitchen OR prep area. All food must come prepared

  • We offer the use of our warmers for food and serving utensils if necessary

  • 2 Restrooms
